HIGH FIBRE blueberry chia pudding

These make a delicious breakfast or dessert. High in fibre, healthy and can be made in advance. You can use any crushed nuts, I love hazelnuts but almonds work really well here too.

Step 1

In a bowl mash the blueberries with a fork then add chia seeds, yogurt and milk. Mix until it's all fully combined, divide into 2 pots and place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
