Hey, I’m Lilly 👋 For the past five years, I’ve been sharing the recipes I genuinely love to cook and eat every day - simple, nourishing meals that are high in protein, high in fibre, and realistic for busy lives. My community started on Instagram (@foodie_lilly), where I began posting the food I was making for myself. Over time, more and more people joined, and I realised how many of us were looking for the same thing:recipes that don’t take hours, don’t need endless ingredients, but still taste amazing and make you feel good. Time has always been a huge factor when it comes to cooking. I truly believe that being short on time shouldn’t mean missing out on good food. Cooking - and eating - should feel enjoyable, not stressful. That belief is why I created Feel Good Food Club. It’s for anyone who wants to feel confident in the kitchen and know they can cook healthy, delicious food without the fuss.
