Spicy egg avocado smash on toasted sourdough

This is the best quick, easy meal that's filling and tastes delicious. If the eggs are already boiled then it only takes 5 mins too. To get hard boiled eggs, I boil the eggs (from fridge cold) for 10 mins then plunge into icy water. The chilli adds a really nice kick if you like some spice!
