Creamy mushroom vodka sauce pasta (lighter version)

A rich, creamy delicious pasta dish. The original version is with heavy cream, here I'm using creme fraiche to make it lighter and added vegetables for fibre. It's ready under 15 mins and a well balanced plate for dinner. You can add chicken here for extra protein.
